Carolyn has been in the property management field since 1987. Her dedication and brilliant interpersonal skills have assisted in maintaining 100% occupancy throughout the years. Her knack for problem-solving and keen listening skills have been widely known to keep her residents happy. Her goal is to assist in making Ottawa’s multicultural community feel at home. Doug’s extensive knowledge in handiwork and the trades have made him an asset to Hama Investment’s apartment complexes. Originally from Montréal, Doug has experience in electrical, tile setting, and marble work. After moving to Ottawa and spending nearly a decade as an Independent Contractor, Doug joined the Hama Investment’s team. Doug is in charge of managing all construction and maintenance of Hama properties.
